I Face 10Cric Deposit Issue With $24 Not Credited to Wallet

On April 4 at around 10:38 PM, I made a deposit of ₹1,999.64 to my 10Cric wallet via UPI. The payment was successfully completed on my side, but the amount has still not been credited to my 10Cric wallet, and my balance has not been updated.

I contacted 10Cric customer support on April 4 and have followed up multiple times since then, but I continue to receive only template responses without any clear information or resolution. I still do not know where my money is, why the deposit has not been reflected, or when this issue will be resolved. I have video recordings and screenshots that clearly show the payment was completed on my side and that the amount has not been credited to my 10Cric account.

I request that the missing deposit of ₹1,999.64 be refunded directly to my UPI ID as soon as possible. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
