10Cric Deposit Missing ₹2500 UPI Transaction Not Processed

I made a deposit on 10cric on 1 April 2026 via UPI for an amount of ₹2,500, but the money has not been credited to my 10cric wallet. I sent the payment from my UPI ID abbasmak***@okhdfcbank to the UPI ID 9030178471-3@ybl as shown during the deposit process. After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my 10cric account, I contacted your customer support. I was only informed that you are “looking into the matter,” but since then there has been no resolution and the money is still missing from my wallet. I request that this failed/uncleared deposit of ₹2,500 be refunded back to my UPI ID abbasmakada@okhdfcbank as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the status and reason for this issue.
