On March 25, 2026, at around 1:18 PM, I made a deposit of ₹2,000 to my 10cric account using a UPI QR code via Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but it has not been credited to my 10cric balance.
I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any proper or helpful response, and the problem remains unresolved. I also have a payment screenshot as proof showing that the ₹2,000 was deducted.
I request that the missing ₹2,000 be credited to my 10cric account as soon as possible based on the payment I have already made.
