I made a deposit of 15,000 INR to my 10cric account on 22 February 2026 using UPI through PhonePe from my DBS Bank account. The payment went through successfully and the amount was deducted from my bank, with the UTR number 830710273844, but the money has still not been credited to my 10cric account. I contacted 10cric customer support about this issue and they informed me that the amount will be refunded, but I have not received any clear confirmation or refund yet, so I am very unsure about the status of my money. I also contacted PhonePe and they confirmed that the amount has been successfully deducted from my account and deposited into the merchant account, and they advised me to resolve this directly with 10cric. I request that my case be checked urgently and either the 15,000 INR be immediately credited to my 10cric account or refunded back to my DBS Bank account, and that I be given a clear written confirmation of the action taken, as this amount has been stuck for several days.
