I made a deposit of ₹49,999.97 to my 10cric account on February 5, 2026, using Kotak Bank UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 10cric account.

I contacted customer support and was informed that my ticket is under review and that the matter is being worked on. However, despite this response, the amount is still missing from my account, and I have not been given any clear resolution or timeline.

I request that the deposit of ₹49,999.97 be immediately credited to my 10cric account without any further delay.
