I Deposited Money Into 10Cric But It Never Reached My Wallet

I put money into my 10Cric account on June 10th, thinking that it will show up in my wallet within a few minutes like they said it would. It's been more than two weeks now, and I still don't see the money in my 10Cric wallet or back in my bank account. I've tried to get in touch with their customer service several times, but all I get is the same scripted response from a chatbot that the problem is "under review." No one has given me any meaningful information or a solution. This is very annoying because I believed the platform's ads, but now I feel like I've just thrown my money into a black hole. This is not at all what I expected.
