TikTok Account Recovery Problem After Lost Phone And Inactive SIM Card

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my lost phone and my inability to access my TikTok account named “Adil Wattoo 3.”

My previous phone was an Itel 25 Ultra, and it went missing on 8 May 2026 in Tehsil Deepalpur, approximately 15 kilometers away from where I live. On the eighth day after the phone was lost, the device rang at approximately 6:15 a.m., and since that moment I have been unable to properly access or use my TikTok account from my side.

The TikTok account “Adil Wattoo 3” was originally created using a SIM card whose owner has since passed away. My grandmother, whose name was Wow, has also passed away. Because of this situation, I no longer have access to the original SIM card or to the legal owner connected to that number, which means I cannot receive verification codes or complete the normal account recovery and security procedures tied to the SIM.

I attempted to recover the account using my Gmail address, adilwatto****@gmail.com, which was also connected to my old device. I have successfully logged into this same Gmail account on my new Vivo Y400 phone, but despite this, the email recovery process did not solve the problem and I still cannot properly access or use my TikTok account on my new device.

I also have supporting proof related to the lost phone, including:

Photos of my old Itel 25 Ultra device
A police station complaint regarding the lost phone
The Gmail account previously used on the old device

I respectfully request that TikTok review my case carefully and help recover my TikTok account “Adil Wattoo 3” so I can fully use it again on my new Vivo Y400 device.

Since I no longer have access to the original SIM card or its owner, I kindly ask TikTok to allow alternative ownership verification methods and help restore secure access to my account through my Gmail address adilwatto****@gmail.com or any other verification process you consider appropriate.

Please help me recover my TikTok account and regain safe access to it as soon as possible.
