The UPI transaction was completed successfully with reference number 397959513597 on 26 February 2026 at 11:14 AM, yet my gaming account balance on 10Cric has not been updated. My 10Cric username is Raiuk***0455. The amount of ₹1,699.99 has been debited from my bank account, and SBI has confirmed that the beneficiary has been credited. The SBI case with reference number 926865496 has been marked as resolved, and the NPCI case CN606968851003 is active, which clearly shows that the transaction has been processed from the bank’s side. I have already contacted 10Cric customer support about this issue, and the latest email only says that you are “actively working” on it, but there is no clear timeline or concrete update. This issue has been pending since 26 February 2026, which is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that this deposit of ₹1,699.99 be added to my 10Cric account balance immediately, or that the full amount be refunded without any further delay. I also request that the 10Cric payments/deposit team urgently investigate this UPI transaction, confirm its status in writing, and provide a clear and prompt resolution.
