Since 03/27/2026, my 10Cric main betting account has not been credited with a deposit of ₹10,000 that I made via UPI. The payment was successfully completed on my end, and I have the transaction ID 120631900404 as proof, along with screenshots confirming the payment.
For the past 10 days, I have been contacting 10Cric through email and live chat, but I keep receiving automated, repetitive responses with no real solution. Even after providing all transaction details and payment screenshots, my account balance has still not been updated, and my money remains stuck.
This situation has created a very negative experience and makes the platform feel unreliable. It feels misleading and almost like a scam to have my funds held without any proper resolution.
I request that my ₹10,000 deposit be immediately credited to my 10Cric main betting account. If that is not possible, I ask that the full amount be refunded to my original UPI payment method as soon as possible.
I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction so that this issue does not happen again in the future.
