I made a deposit to my 10Cric account on 16 February via UPI in the amount of 49,999.34 rupees. The amount was debited from my UPI/bank account, but it has not been credited to my 10cric account balance. After noticing that the money was missing, I contacted 10Cric customer support. They informed me that they would process a refund by 25 February. However, they did not provide any reference number, transaction ID, or ticket ID regarding this issue. I have a confirmation/statement from my UPI/bank side showing that the transaction was successfully completed, so the money has clearly left my account. I request that this missing deposit be resolved urgently, either by immediately crediting the amount of 49,999.34 rupees to my 10Cric account or by processing a full refund back to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect clear written confirmation about the action taken on this transaction.
