I am writing to complain about multiple UPI deposits I made to 10Cric via Paytm using my State Bank of India account that were debited from my bank but never credited to my 10Cric account. Yesterday I deposited 500, and again today I deposited 500. Both amounts were successfully debited from my SBI account through Paytm UPI, and I have reference numbers 1470599 for yesterday’s deposit and 1472911 for today’s deposit. However, neither of these deposits has been credited to my 10Cric balance. About one month ago, I faced the same issue with a deposit that was also not credited, and I still have not received that payment either, which makes me feel that I am being cheated. Since yesterday I have been contacting 10Cric support and they keep telling me that they are “checking”, but more than 24 hours have passed and I am still receiving the same answer without any concrete solution or update. This repeated problem and lack of resolution is causing serious inconvenience and loss of trust. I request that all my pending deposits be credited to my 10Cric account immediately and that this issue be permanently resolved so that such problems do not occur again. I also expect a clear explanation of why my payments were debited from my bank but not credited to my 10Cric account despite multiple follow-ups.
