I have been using my 10Cric casino betting account for around four years, and I am extremely disappointed with how three serious issues on my account are being handled. Despite contacting support daily, I keep receiving the same generic responses saying that my case is “under investigation” and that my funds are “safe,” but there has been no real progress or resolution.
The first issue concerns a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my casino account to my ICICI Bank account (Chennai branch). The withdrawal was made on March 3 with reference number f34945eb-593e-4012-8c17-8c9b2a2c1b2f. 10Cric shows this transaction as successfully processed, but I have not received the money in my ICICI Bank account. I have followed up with support every day, but I only receive repeated responses that they are still investigating, with no concrete update, proof of transfer, or solution.
The second issue involves a failed deposit of ₹29,999 made on February 20 from my ICICI savings account, with transaction reference 130511680168. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it did not appear in my 10Cric account. When I contacted support, I was informed that the money would be refunded by March 6. However, the refund has still not been credited back to my account, and again I receive only standard replies saying the issue is being investigated.
The third issue is another withdrawal of ₹24,999 that I placed on March 5. This transaction has been stuck in “processing” status for more than 72 hours and has not been completed or reversed. There has been no clear explanation for this delay, and support has only repeated that my funds are safe and that they are looking into the matter, without providing any specific timeframe or detailed information.
Considering these three unresolved issues together—a missing withdrawal of ₹50,000, a failed deposit of ₹29,999 that was never refunded, and a ₹24,999 withdrawal stuck in processing for several days—I feel extremely let down as a long-term customer.
I request that 10Cric urgently resolve all three matters by immediately crediting the pending amounts to my ICICI Bank account or the original payment source, and by providing a clear written explanation of what went wrong with each transaction. I expect these issues to be treated as a priority and resolved as soon as possible.
