I am writing to complain about a serious issue with my account on 10Cric. My user ID on your site is “User_NXt***”. On 10 February I made a deposit of 2000 INR via UPI from India, but the amount has not been credited back to me and I have still not received my money. I have already sent all the proof related to this deposit, yet even after around 10 days the issue has not been resolved and my money has not been returned. Each time I contact your customer support, I do not receive any clear answer or explanation about what has happened to my deposit or when I will get my money. I request that my deposit be investigated urgently and either credited properly to my account or refunded to me without any further delay, and that I be given a clear written explanation of the situation.
