10cric Deposit Missing Despite Successful UPI Transaction
I made a deposit on 10cric on 12-02-2026 at around 12:48 PM using UPI from my Kotak bank account. An amount of ₹500 was deducted from my account and sent from UPI ID 7016680125@ibl, and the transaction is showing as successful in my bank/UPI app with UTR No. 919779156123. However, this amount has still not been credited to my 10cric account balance. I have contacted 10cric customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I keep receiving the same reply that they are “checking” and “working on this” without any concrete resolution or time frame. The money has clearly been debited from my bank, yet I am unable to use it on the platform. I request that this missing ₹500 deposit be promptly traced and either credited to my 10cric account or refunded to my Kotak bank account at the earliest, and that I be informed in writing once the issue is resolved.
