10Cric! Please Refund My Money Back!
I am writing regarding a deposit issue I experienced on the 10Cric platform. On 28 March, I made a UPI deposit of ₹2000 to my 10Cric account. The money was deducted from my bank account, but the corresponding points/balance never appeared in my 10Cric account. When I contacted 10Cric customer support, they informed me that this amount was credited to my account on 07.03.26. However, this information is not correct, because I have never seen this ₹2000 reflected in my 10Cric balance at any time. The amount is still missing from my 10Cric account, while it has already been debited from my bank account. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is 011772709013, and I can also provide screenshots as proof of the payment and the missing credit. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that either my ₹2000 be refunded back to my bank account or the equivalent points/balance be correctly credited to my 10Cric account, together with a clear written confirmation of the resolution. I kindly ask you to review the transaction records on your side and resolve this issue as soon as possible, as this has caused me financial loss and inconvenience despite following all the proper steps for the deposit.
