Money Debited But Not Credited To 10Cric Account - Refund Not Received

I deposited ₹20,000 via PhonePe UPI from my ICICI Bank account to my 10Cric account on 12 February 2026. The transaction was shown as successful on PhonePe, the amount was debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my 10Cric account. On 10Cric, the payment status is displayed as “Declined.” When I first contacted 10Cric customer support, I was informed that the refund would be processed by 19 February 2026. However, no refund was received by that date. When I contacted support again, I was then told that they had not received the payment at all. I shared all requested documents and information, including the payment screenshot, my bank statement, and the UTR number. After several follow-ups, I was advised to contact my bank and trace the transaction using the UTR. I visited my bank, and ICICI Bank confirmed that the amount was successfully credited to the merchant’s account. Despite this confirmation, my refund has still not been processed. For this issue, 10Cric provided me ticket ID 1579347, and PhonePe provided ticket ID 559790789. I would also like to state that I have made many successful deposits to 10Cric using PhonePe UPI both before and after this incident, so this is a specific problem only with this ₹20,000 transaction. I request that 10Cric urgently review this matter, acknowledge the successful receipt of this payment, and process an immediate refund of ₹20,000 to my ICICI Bank account without any further delay.
