Ücretsiz İptal Sonrası 14.829 TRY Ücretinin İadesi Hemen İşleme Alınmalı

I booked a stay at red Hotel through Agoda and cancelled my reservation within the designated Free cancellation periyot. On the Agoda screen, the cancellation summary clearly shows that the “Total amount to be collected: 0.00 TRY” and the Total amount is indicated as 0.00 TRY. However, during the Booking process, a Total of 14,829 TRY was charged to my card ending in 0265 (Mastercard).

Despite having exercised my right to Free cancellation, ı have received no Clear information about the refund of this amount, and no refund has been reflected on my card so far. I have not yet contacted either my bank or Agoda customer service about this issue; ı first want this process to be reviewed and handled promptly Via this complaint.

I kindly request that my transaction dated 19.07.2026 with Booking ıd 1748945828 be urgently reviewed and that the 14,829 TRY that was charged be fully and promptly refunded to the same card used for the reservation.
