Hello, I was in Iskenderun during the Maraş earthquake on February 6, 2023, and my house was severely damaged. And our insurance was provided by Zurich Insurance. DASK and my (supplemental) home insurance. We wouldn't have done it. Neither provided information about the November DASK update. Neither company updated its supplemental insurance. Furthermore, it extends the amount of 170,000 TL, which is a small amount, in order to avoid payment. They are never paid. Every day, I call, and we open a notification, which we forward to the upper unit, where they will be kept busy with their lies. That is my recommendation to you. When purchasing insurance, look for companies that value their customers. Work with companies that are looking for you and can provide you with useful advice. Stay away from businesses like this. Also, keep such businesses from causing you harm when the earthquake strikes.
