My Home Insurance from Anadolu Sigorta Doesn't Cover Rain Damage

For the past two years, I've had my DASK and home insurance with Anadolu Sigorta. Under policy number 1486419022, my home’s ceilings have darkened due to rain. I opened a claim and requested an adjuster. When the adjuster arrived, they didn't even inspect the damaged area properly; they just took a few pictures with a digital meter and left within five minutes. A week later, I received the following message from the insurance company:
"Dear Customer, after evaluating your claim under file number 14864190220001, we regret to inform you that the damage is not covered under your policy. A detailed explanation will be mailed to your address, and you can obtain further information from your agent. We wish you good health and offer our condolences."
I purchased a comprehensive policy that was supposed to cover all damage and losses to my home. If my insurance won’t cover ceiling stains and swollen flooring caused by water damage, when will it cover anything? I don’t need an insurance company that sends me birthday and national holiday greetings via SMS.
I don't need an insurance company that supports me once or twice a year if I'm locked out and need a locksmith. I absolutely reject such service. Anadolu Sigorta's disregard for customer satisfaction has left me very upset and disappointed. Therefore, I declare that I will pursue all my rights and report this to the relevant authorities. They shouldn’t assume anyone is clueless or helpless.
Additionally, the darkening of my ceiling is rapidly progressing. I urgently request that my issue be resolved immediately.
