I Want a Full Refund for Unintended Livu In-App Purchases

I am a user of the Livu application under the email address mh77157***@gmail.com. Using my Swedbank bank card, I have made several purchases in the app on different dates, including today. I realized that I have spent more than I intended and now consider that I purchased far too much. Since these purchases were made in error and do not reflect my real intention to spend this amount, I kindly request a full refund of all Livu purchases made with my Swedbank bank card on my account. I have not yet been able to reach anyone from Livu’s customer support about this issue, so I am submitting this complaint in order for my request to be reviewed and the payments to be refunded. I ask that my situation be checked as soon as possible and that the total charged amount be returned to my original payment method.
