Zürich Insurance Has The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Encountered

Zurich Insurance in Turkey has managed to provide the worst service and support I have ever encountered. I am amazed at how such a disorganized and inefficient organization can exist. Despite paying four times more for my insurance than other offers I received, it has become one of my biggest regrets in life. On September 25, 2023, I took my car to the service center to open a damage file. The service center told me it would take a month for the parts to arrive and advised me to wait. After a month without any update, I called the service center, but they didn’t respond, and then I called the insurance company. They said they had not received the car's report, even though the assessment was done on the same day. I thought the problem was with the service center, but I was wrong. Later, a person named İ***, who seemed to exist in name only, was handling my file, and I was informed 1.5 months ago that the problem would be resolved shortly. Despite waiting for the service center to call me back and ask for my car, nothing happened. The following week, when I called the insurance company, they said the repair approval for my car had been given. They informed me that some parts for my car had arrived, but some were still missing. I waited another month. Last week, when I called, the service center told me I could bring in my car today. I took my car there, and what followed was an even bigger disappointment. When I tried to arrange a replacement vehicle, the call was repeatedly cut off after a 5-minute wait on the switchboard. After 4 hours of effort, I managed to make a request for a vehicle, but was then told that they were waiting for the expert report of my car. I have made no progress for months, receiving only a service based on lack of communication and incompetence. Almost three months have passed since the expert report on my car was made. From now on, I will criticize Zurich Insurance's operations in Turkey in every possible setting and will make this a mission in my life. I don't even think they have the organizational skills to solve my problem, so I can't discuss the possibility of it being resolved. I advise anyone who values their time, money, and peace of mind to avoid working with this insurance company.
