Yves Rocher Tracking Number Not Working


ordered something but it hasn't been shipped yet, they said there'd be a delay but didn't give me any deets on how long it'll take. they can't give us any clear answers about what's going on. We feel kinda awkward after spending our hard-earned cash. the customer service team isn't being upfront and helpful. As a customer, I just wanna know what's up with my order and get updates on time, why is it so hard?? It sucks to be clueless and have no idea what to do or how to fix things. The way they acted and talked was so not cool. It really messed things up. We gave the company our money and were hoping for a smooth shopping experience. what a disrespectful attitude you have!!
