I Couldn’t Cancel My Yves Rocher Order Because There’s No Option


On April 30, 2025, I placed an online order from Yves Rocher, but shortly after completing my purchase, I realized I had selected the wrong product. Since the order was still showing as “being prepared”, I tried to cancel it immediately through the website. Shockingly, the system wouldn’t allow me to do so—even though the order clearly hadn’t been shipped yet.
I reached out to live support hoping for help, but all I got were automated responses that didn’t address my issue. There was no real human interaction, and certainly no resolution. I’m now stuck in limbo with an unwanted product that I was actively trying to cancel in time.
Yves Rocher, if a product hasn’t left your warehouse, your customers should have the right to cancel it. I’m requesting that my order be canceled before it ships. Please fix your system and customer service so others don’t go through the same experience.
