Yves Rocher Took My Payment but My Order Disappeared

I placed my first-ever order with Yves Rocher, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. After payment, I received a tracking number, yet when I check the "My Orders" section in the app, it says, "No orders found."

Where is my order? Did Yves Rocher just take my money without sending my products? This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution.

If I don’t receive a proper response ASAP, I will escalate this matter to the authorities. This is not how a reputable company should operate. Fix this now!
