I made a reservation through Agoda for PP Princess Resort Hotel, but I mistakenly selected the date as December 16 instead of my intended travel dates of December 30 to February 2. The reservation was confirmed, and the payment was charged immediately. Just a few minutes after completing the booking, I realized my mistake and tried to change the dates and update the reservation for 3 people.
Even though I noticed the error almost immediately, the system did not allow me to change the dates or cancel the reservation with a refund. I then contacted Agoda customer support, explained that this was an instant and obvious date selection mistake, and requested either a date change or a refund. However, no refund or date change was offered, and the reservation was left unchanged.
My reservation number is 1678904159, and the email address registered with Agoda is mehmetalan_*@hotmail.com**. Since this was a clear booking error that I noticed within minutes, I find it extremely unfair that no flexibility or solution was provided. I kindly request a full refund for this reservation, as I could not use the stay on December 16, and my actual travel dates are December 30 to February 2 for 3 people. I ask Agoda to review this case and resolve it in my favor in the interest of customer satisfaction.
