Since the transaction, I have contacted Grandpaşhabet live support several times, but for the past two days I have only been told, “Please wait a short while, we are checking,” with no concrete update or solution. My money is neither in my bank account nor in my Grandpaşhabet account, and this situation is causing serious concern and a major loss of trust. I request that my $47 deposit made via QNB Finansbank Trend Transfer on December 15, 2025 be urgently located and credited to my Grandpaşhabet account (username: “Atmaca0006”), or, if that is not possible, that the full amount be immediately refunded to my bank account.
