If you have placed an order on the Yves Rocher website and it has not arrived within the promised timeframe (usually 3-7 days):
Check the order status in your personal cabinet on the site or in the notification letter.
Check the tracking number of the parcel (it should be sent by mail or SMS).
If the parcel is not tracked - contact Yves Rocher hotline and find out where it is.
Ask for a written confirmation of shipment and deadlines.
If the delivery time is violated, you have the right to refuse the order and request a refund.
❗ If your order is not delivered for a long time and support does not give you an answer - complain to Xolvie. This will help speed up the resolution of the issue and fix the violation.
