I am disappointed with my recent Yves Rocher order (#p3931816), which arrived with a broken sharpener cap. The packaging was poorly wrapped, and it was shipped through Aras Kargo, a company known for subpar service. Despite repeated attempts to reach customer service, no one responds – calls don’t go through, and their WhatsApp support keeps asking questions, only to eventually reply with “we’re out of office hours.” This lack of accessibility is unacceptable. Yves Rocher, a brand that strictly limits tester access in-store, takes full payment from customers only to deliver defective items without any means to resolve the issue. I demand a prompt response: either refund my money or send a replacement that’s in proper condition.
