On the Yves Rocher website, the price is the same, but when placing the order, the total amount is higher. Why was there a difference?

The difference between the price on the site and the final amount in the cart can occur for several reasons:

Automatic withdrawal of promotional discounts if conditions are not met (e.g., no gift, no minimum amount);

Error in the work of the site or shopping cart;

Adding paid shipping, gift wrapping or other service;

The system may apply a different price depending on the shipping region.

What to do:

Check all lines in the cart - especially the “Discounts” and “Additional Services” section.

Take screenshots from the product card and cart for comparison.

Contact Yves Rocher support via chat or e-mail and check at what point the price changes.

If the price does increase without explanation - this is a violation of the law on consumer protection, especially if "before payment" was specified.
