I bought Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop essential brand robot vacuum cleaner from media mark about 1.5 years ago. When I bought the device, I paid an extra fee for 1+3 years from the media mark. After a while of using the vacuum cleaner, the front wheel came off. I sent the product to Ouno service via media markt and they repaired it free of charge. The wheel, which was repaired in the course of time, came out again. I restarted the process. but this time the service asked for a fee of 1700tl. the reason for this is that the insurance expires for 1 year and the damage is shown as user error. Accordingly, I called customer service and explained the situation. the customer service told me to send the product back to the service and call them again when I went to the service. After a period of 2 weeks, they stated that the service made a detailed examination and asked for a fee of 2300 TL. The guarantee of the device continues. No one understands what this guarantee covers. When I objected, they said that they could not change the decision of the service. Ouno service works independently, as a Xiaomi brand, there is no chance of any enforcement or intervention. Such a situation is incomprehensible. In addition to this, the name of the product I bought is the robot vacuum cleaner. If the user is intervening then why the robot vacuum cleaner? it's not understandable. While buying this product, I chose Xiami because I thought it was brand assurance. it means I did it wrong. I recommend that you do not believe the promises made when buying a product. No one stands behind the brand.
