Poor Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10 Warranty Service from Media Markt

I bought a Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10 at Media Markt, and it's still under warranty. The button on the foot connection side, however, had fallen off. I took the product to Media Markt for repair, which I had also insured. They forwarded it to Delta Service. The service report included Exper photos that had nothing to do with my product and depicted damages that did not exist. I raised several objections and requested a thorough inspection. I urged Media Markt to double-check the delivery photos, but no one listened. They demanded an exorbitant service fee of 3,000 TL (Turkish Lira). Later, they insisted on an extra 750 TL for a different module case change. I tried everything but was unsuccessful. Furthermore, they claimed that the battery issue was not covered by the warranty, which makes no sense given that it was not caused by user error. My question is this: they replaced the module case after accepting the fee, but when I asked to see the changed case upon delivery, they couldn't provide any evidence. Xiaomi, in my opinion, should not allow such simple damage to occur. Regrettably, I write this with the intention of never again purchasing or recommending their products.
