Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro 1 Battery Drain

We bought the Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro 1 robot vacuum cleaner about a year and a half ago. I contacted the Ouno service center due to the rapid battery discharge. Despite having a warranty, they offered to replace the battery for ₺2700. They claimed that the reason was that the battery's service life had expired. I picked up the device after the repair, checked it in the office, and discovered that the charging issues remained. I contacted the service again, this time demanding a replacement and a refund. They notified me a few days later that the device was ready. I ran into the same issue after testing it in the office. I demanded a replacement and a refund of ₺2700 once more. They gave me a week for repair after the third visit. I checked the device at home and discovered that it still discharges quickly. I'm going to the Ouno service for the fourth time tomorrow, demanding a replacement, and we'll see what happens. I no longer intend to send the device to this service for repair. If the device is repaired, I will not return there. I urge Xiaomi representatives to stop working with the Ouno service. I can find a private technician for repairs by cutting ties with them. I'm hoping that my Xiaomi robot doesn't break. If that happens, I'd rather find another technician. I am unable to obtain adequate assistance from Ouno representatives.
