Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Mop 1C 2 Robot Vacuum Stopped Mapping

My Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Mop 1C 2 robot vacuum cleaner, which I got from Hepsiburada, stopped mapping after 11 months. I called the authorized service and sent them my vacuum cleaner. Even though it has a two-year warranty, it cost 3600 TL to fix the vacuum cleaner I got for 4500 TL. When we bought the vacuum cleaner, we paid close attention to the fact that the seller was Hepsiburada. However, we were taken advantage of because of this. The fact that a well-known company like Hepsiburada works with a service called Ouno, which has a lot of complaints about a best-selling product, has hurt us and, from what I read on the Sikayetvar site, many of its users. Even though we cleaned the product after each use, they said the filter wasn't clean, the main card was broken, it wasn't under guarantee, and it was our fault. We didn't want to pay for the fix, so we asked that it be done for free under the warranty. The item was sent to us without having been fixed. Because Hepsiburadan was careless, we found out that someone else's goods had been sent to us. Customer service called us and said that our product was in the warehouse, but that they had sent the wrong product. They also said that the product should be shipped within 14 days. On the same day, another Xiaomi victim called us and told us that he had our vacuum cleaner, that we had his vacuum cleaner, and that he had gotten our phone number from the note we had left in the vacuum cleaner. This showed that what Hepsiburadan had said was not true. On the Sikayetvar website, I can see that goods of the same brand bought on the same dates have broken down for the same reasons, and that we have been taken advantage of by being charged high repair fees even though the warranty period has not yet ended. I want to stop being treated like a victim, and I want the goods to be fixed under the warranty. If the people who hurt me don't stop, I will go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
