Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Essential Quality and Warranty Problem

The fan on my Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop Essential White robot stopped working all of a sudden. The device isn't even two years old yet, so it's still under warranty. It was bought at vatanbilgisayar.com. I took the device to the Ouno service center, but they said it was my fault and asked for a ridiculous amount of money to fix the fan. If the vacuum broke because of dust while it was still under warranty, that means there was a problem with the device's quality, and I shouldn't have to pay for a new fan because dust got into the system. The company can't be reached by phone either. Xiaomi and Vatan Bilgisayar really let me down with their lack of care and bad service. I want my device to be fixed for free because it's still under warranty. If you don't fix this, I'll take it to the consumer protection agency and file a complaint with CIMER. Thanks
