I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro from the store about six to seven months ago. I thought it was a great choice. I didn't know at the time that it would turn out to be a bad phone. The quality of the camera has never been great, but lately, it has gotten even worse. The phone freezes and turns off by itself sometimes, especially when I'm using the gallery or Instagram. Even though the battery and charger have all the latest updates, they get too hot. The bottom right corner of the touchscreen stops working, and the battery drains faster than ever. I can't believe that in less than a year, I only have 30GB of memory left. The constant updates are using up all of the storage space, which is very annoying. I'm very sorry I bought this Xiaomi device, and I'll never buy anything from this company again. Even if you turn off the keyboard, it stays on the Google screen. Don't buy this thing at any cost!
