I’ve been using my Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro for two years, and recently it started shutting down on its own and takes a long time to restart. Despite taking great care of the phone—it’s in perfect physical condition—I’m now regretting my purchase.
The warranty period has expired, but I suspect this is a software issue that requires an urgent update from Xiaomi. A phone that looks fine and has been used carefully shouldn’t have such problems. I expect Xiaomi to release a fix immediately to address this issue. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope the company provides a resolution quickly so I can use my phone without interruptions.
