I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s phone at the Xiaomi store in Samsun on April 3, 2023. I put in my SIM card, changed the settings, and did the other steps that needed to be done. Later that night, I saw and heard that both parts of my WhatsApp video call were frozen. After testing the problem on Instagram and Google Meet, I realized that the problem was with my phone. When I looked into the problem, I found that many other people were having the same issue. I put my phone back to how it was when it came out of the box and updated WhatsApp. The problem kept happening, so I took my phone to the service center on April 12. After I told them what was wrong, I got an SMS message in the evening saying that my phone was ready. The problem was still there when I picked up the phone the next day, and the service form said that the problem should be found with video tape. I bought a new phone, but it was broken too, and the company wouldn't take it back. Xiaomi's bad customer service and evasive way of fixing problems make me regret buying their products.
