I've used the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 for a year and a half, and it's been the worst phone I've ever had. The device closes or refreshes background applications without my permission, which makes the device freeze and unresponsive. I was excited when I bought it, but now I regret it and want to exchange it for a different model. never seen a device that performs so poorly. When I switch to another app while browsing the internet, the page refreshes and I am unable to return to my previous location. using TikTok or Instagram because the app restarts when I scroll down and reopen it. Also, the phone often has issues such as stuttering, freezing, and other problems when watching videos. just super unfortunate that these types of phones are being manufactured... no lies but expected the Redmi Note 11 to provide a better user experience, now I just wish good luck to those who will buy these without knowing all these like I did. sorry guys, you'll end up here. i
