Wise Blocked My Transfers and Won’t Respond to Emails

I attempted to make two separate transfers through Wise—₺4,750 on Friday and ₺4,000 on Sunday—and neither of them reached the recipient. These were important commercial payments, and this failure has severely impacted my business operations.

What’s worse is that I’ve received no response to my emails, and there is zero communication from Wise about what’s going on. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. For a company handling people’s money, your service is shockingly amateur.

I chose Wise assuming it was a reliable platform, but now I see that trusting your system was a huge mistake. I demand that you immediately complete the transfers or return my funds. If this issue isn’t resolved right away, I will pursue legal action and make sure to share my experience publicly so others can think twice before using your service.
