I Sent €1000 to Turkey via Wise but the Money Is Missing and No One Responds

I sent €1000 from Belgium to Turkey through Wise, and I seriously regret using this platform. The money hasn’t reached the recipient’s account, and worse, it hasn’t been refunded either. It’s just disappeared.

This is not a small amount, and I have important payments to make. Wise’s failure to deliver or communicate has put me in an incredibly difficult financial situation. I’ve submitted complaints, sent multiple emails, and tried to reach out through every channel possible—no one is responding.

I feel completely ignored and scammed. Wise, you need to urgently locate and release my money or issue a refund immediately. Until then, I strongly warn others: don’t trust this service with even ₺1.
