I sent €1000 from Belgium to Turkey through Wise, and I seriously regret using this platform. The money hasn’t reached the recipient’s account, and worse, it hasn’t been refunded either. It’s just disappeared.
This is not a small amount, and I have important payments to make. Wise’s failure to deliver or communicate has put me in an incredibly difficult financial situation. I’ve submitted complaints, sent multiple emails, and tried to reach out through every channel possible—no one is responding.
