Wise Delayed My Transfer Past Promised Time and I Suspect They're Holding My Money
Wise has proven to be an incredibly disappointing service. I made a money transfer last night, and they clearly stated that the funds would reach the recipient by 9:00 AM today. That commitment was the only reason I trusted them with the transaction. Now it's well into the afternoon, and the transfer still hasn't gone through.
This delay is not only inconvenient—it’s financially damaging. The ₺ exchange rate is extremely volatile, and with every passing hour, I risk losing more value. I can’t help but feel that Wise is intentionally holding my money to profit from currency fluctuations. That’s unethical.
If you make promises about delivery times, you must stick to them, especially when people rely on your service for urgent needs. I demand that Wise complete my transfer immediately and explain the reason for this delay. Users should not be left in the dark or financially exposed due to your platform's lack of accountability.
