Mistaken Perfume Order from Watsons

I'd like to tell you about a recent frustrating experience I had with Watsons. I ordered a perfume for women from their store, but they delivered a men's fragrance instead. I began the return process promptly a week ago, but I'm at a loss for words due to the lack of response via email or phone. My refund has yet to be processed. This level of disregard for customers is truly disheartening. It was both their error and my inconvenience, and I've spent the last ten days trying to reach someone who can help. I'm left feeling ignored and let down by their customer service. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever received. I hope my concerns are acknowledged and addressed as soon as possible.
