Watsons Sent a Defective Product & Mishandled Order

I'm absolutely infuriated with Watsons' consumer products! They sent me a faulty item that's clearly defective, and on top of that, instead of delivering the two items I ordered, they messed up and sent the wrong product! As if that's not enough, their customer service team is a total disaster when it comes to processing refunds. They demanded product photos via email, and even after I complied, they had the audacity to ask me to crop the images at 1:00 AM! Then, they had the nerve to claim the return is not possible today! It's as if they're trying to intimidate me and completely disregard my consumer rights! I won't stand for this treatment!
