Watsons Delivered My Order Without My Knowledge Then Marked It as Returned

I ordered from Watsons and waited ten days for shipping, only to receive it without any prior notification. I didn’t receive any notification that it was out for delivery, and the package was transferred without my awareness. After I managed to locate it and bring it back, I anticipated some assistance from Watsons to resolve the issue. I was informed that there was nothing they could assist me with. I went through all the hassle of handling the return process due to their lack of communication, but they didn't take any responsibility. I truly felt overlooked by their customer support. For a brand as well-known as Watsons, this lack of concern and failure to address a straightforward problem was truly disappointing.
