Watsons Marked My Undelivered Order as Delivered to Me
I don't know what to do about the problem I'm having with Watsons. I ordered something, but it never came. The system says it was delivered, though. As soon as I saw this, I tried to get in touch with customer service, but it was almost impossible to get through to anyone. It's almost impossible to get help over the phone. It's very disheartening to read that a product was delivered when I never got it. I really didn't think a well-known brand would respond this way. During this whole thing, I felt like a customer who didn't matter. It seems like someone took my money without giving me what I paid for. If this isn't fixed, I'll take the matter to the next level. I don't trust the brand as much as I used to.
