W2 Forex has been dishonest about my withdrawal requests. On July 16, 2024, at 3:45 PM, I submitted a tether withdrawal request to account specialist A*** S********. She told me there were too many requests that day and to try again tomorrow. On July 17, 2024, when I called her again, she said she was unwell and to submit the request the next day. I contacted my representative B*** E******, but he was dismissive, saying to follow what the specialist said. I then called customer service at 02162050665, where I was brushed off by O*** N****, who promised to resolve it. Another person named E**** also claimed to be handling it, but nothing happened for 2.5 hours.

When I mentioned I would file a complaint through Meta5, A*** S********, who had claimed to be unwell, suddenly asked for my IBAN. I sent it, and while I eventually received my money, it was incomplete and arrived late. Had they processed my initial request, I would have withdrawn a larger amount. W2 Forex clearly doesn’t prioritize withdrawals once they’ve secured your funds.
