LBank Blocks Withdrawal and Demands “Tax” Payment Before Release

I want to share my experience with LBank so that others do not fall into the same trap I did. I was introduced to this platform by a lady who told me it was a way to earn “financial life income” and that I could make a lot of money. Trusting her words and having high hopes, I invested a total of 7,000 via crypto transfer from the UK. The problem started when I tried to withdraw my money. LBank did not allow the withdrawal and told me that I first had to pay a tax. This already seemed suspicious to me, but I felt pressured and, not seeing many options at that moment, I paid the requested tax. Despite paying it, my withdrawal was still not approved, and I could not access my money. I contacted LBank support about this issue, but I did not receive any response, which increased my concerns that the platform was not acting transparently or fairly. Although I was eventually able to recover my money, this whole process caused a lot of stress and made me lose all trust in the platform. I am sharing this complaint so that others are aware of such practices, can be more cautious, and do not risk losing their savings in the same way I almost did.
