Melbet Account Inaccessible After 2FA Removal Request

My email mohdadnankh**[email protected] I have a serious problem with my Melbet account, related to two-factor authentication, and I have been unable to log in since around 14 January. My account is now completely inaccessible, and there is approximately 5,400 INR in my balance that I cannot reach. The issue started when I needed to disable two-factor authentication on my account. After that, I lost access and have not been able to log in again. I contacted Melbet support via live chat, and they asked me to provide documents, which I submitted as requested. However, after sending the documents, I did not receive any further response or solution. I also tried to contact Melbet by email, but my emails have not been answered. My Melbet account is registered with my email address and phone number, and I can confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account and can provide these contact details and any additional documents again if needed. At this point, I am locked out of my account, my money is stuck, and I have no clear information about the status of my verification or two-factor authentication. I request that my account be reviewed urgently, my access be restored, or an alternative secure solution be provided so that I can either log in again or withdraw my remaining balance of about 5,400 INR. I also expect a clear and written explanation as to why my issue has been left unresolved despite submitting the requested documents.
