Bid Daddy Game Fails to Credit ₹10,000 Paytm Deposits

I play the Aviator game on the Bid Daddy Game platform, and on 25-01-26, I made two deposits of 5000 rupees each, for a total of 10,000 rupees, via Paytm to my game account. The amounts were debited from my Paytm account, and I have the payment reference details, but the money has still not been credited to my Bid Daddy Game balance. Since this problem started, I have submitted many reports and complaints through the platform and repeatedly explained the same issue, but I have not received any proper response or solution from Bid Daddy Game. Despite all my efforts, my 10,000 rupees are still missing in the system. This situation is causing me serious mental stress because 10,000 rupees is a big amount for me, and I am tired of explaining everything again and again without any result. I respectfully request that my two deposits of 5000 rupees each made on 25-01-26 via Paytm be urgently checked and that the total 10,000 rupees be refunded to my Paytm account as soon as possible, and that I be given a clear written response about the outcome.
