W2 Platform's Fraud, Poor Support, and Fund Losses
I fell victim to W2 Platform's deceptive practices, placing my trust in their representatives when I entered with ₺7000 on September 7, 2022. Within a week, my account was wiped clean. Despite my relentless efforts to reach out through messages and calls, I received no response. Then, silence prevailed for a long time.
On August 30, 2023, I was contacted again by Mr. A. Ç. "Log in again, and we'll recover your money, I'll even make you profit," he assured me. Persuaded, I reinvested ₺2500. On September 19, at 5:00 PM, urged by him with claims of imminent account closure, I deposited another ₺2000. Following his instructions, we opened and closed trades together.
In less than a week, my account was wiped out again, with no one reaching out or responding. Then, on October 18, 2023, I was told by Mr. A. Ç. that "we'll recover, don't worry," prompting me to deposit an additional ₺3000. However, when my account was on the brink of collapse a few days later, I couldn't reach anyone. Mr. A. Ç. evaded my inquiries, claiming illness and upcoming surgery.
Left to fend for myself, I attempted to salvage what I could. About a month later, another individual contacted me, stating that Mr. A. Ç. had left and they would take over. However, since October 11, 2023, my account has been blocked due to a reverse transaction on an open trade, with no activity whatsoever.
Investing with the W2 Platform has been a nightmare, and I share my experience to warn others against falling prey to their schemes.
